2026

  • February 2026 — Three-week research visit at Marseille Medical Genetics (MMG). Working with the Baudot lab to push forward the graph methodology at the core of my PhD.

2025

  • December 2025 — Co-organised the StatGen Annual Meeting, Paris, alongside Anne-Louise Leutenegger and Emmanuelle Bouzigon. Built the conference website and coordinated speaker communications, managed participant communications and the mailing list.
  • August 2025 — Presented a poster at IGES 2025, Cologne, Germany. First international conference of my PhD — interesting discussions with the genetic epidemiology community.
  • May 2025 — Flash talk and poster at the BIOTIC Annual Day, Marseille. A chance to present my work to a broader bioinformatic audience.
  • May 2025 — Attended the International Symposium on Human Genomics, Paris.
  • May 2025 — Contributed to the launch of the INSERM StatGen thematic network with with Anne-Louise Leutenegger and Em, a new initiative connecting the statistical genetics community in France.
  • January 2025 — Animated a M4DI consortium working session, presenting my work alongside two other PhD students and an external researcher.

2024

  • November 2024 — Two-week research visit at Marseille Medical Genetics (MMG). First stay with the Baudot lab, got hands-on with patient similarity networks and knowledge graph methods.
  • November 2024 — Collaboration with the PaMuNe project (Argentina), meetings at MMG during my visit.
  • October 2024 — M4DI consortium annual retreat. Met the broader team and got introduced to FAIR data principles in the context of health research.
  • September 2024 — Started my PhD at CESP, INSERM, Villejuif.
